Bray County Library
This project consisted of the construction of single storey public library building in Bray. T Peare & Sons Ltd carried out and managed all aspects of this project from a greenfield site to a turnkey completed building.
The building was constructed using traditional masonry blockwork with an external render finish. The roof was constructed using steel beams and a series of inter-twining roof trusses which were then slated.
Due to the nature of the ground conditions on this site the whole building had to be constructed on using a piled foundation structural design and ground beams.
