This project involved the complete new construction of a purpose built Hospital to cater for special needs and rehabilitation patients. This was a green field site and consisted of all necessary construction, services and associated site works. Haughton House is a purpose-built respite facility in Newcastle. It is well-equipped and offers clients a modern, comfortable and safe environment. The house has a state-of-the-art sensory room, two fully equipped with hoists and therapy bath, five bedrooms, main reception, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, utility room, staff room, sitting room, meeting room and an office.
