This project involved a complete deep retrofit of an existing dilapidated semi-detached bungalow along with a new extension to the rear of the property to bring it up to modern standards. The house was completely demolished internally, and a new insulated concrete floor slab was installed along with the roof being removed and reinstalled, new triple glazed windows and doors and air to water heat pump to make the house a modern energy efficient dwelling. The house was fitted with a bespoke kitchen and utility room along with all appliances, tiling, flooring and internal and external finishes and landscaping to complete the project.
