The houses are A rated and heated with energy efficient heat pumps and aluminium radiators along with triple glazed windows and high levels of insulation throughout to ensure energy efficiency going forward. The houses also boast timber floors, fitted wardrobes, porcelain tiling and fitted carpets along with all landscaping and associated works to provide a turnkey ready house.
