This project consisted the of a private development of two exclusive detached houses with their own private entrances along with all associated mechanical, electrical and ground works. The houses are A rated and were constructed to meet the highest of standards incorporating very high levels of insulation in walls, floors and the roof, energy efficient heat pumps which all contribute to increasing the sustainability and contributing to lower energy bills. The houses incorporated granite worktops, inset stoves solid ash timber stairs, bespoke kitchen and utility room, built in wardrobes along with high levels of finishes to walls and floor throughout including solid hardwood floors, porcelain tiling and carpets.
